A proof package is a ZIP archive you can keep with your own records. It can include the PDF receipt, manifest, checksums, verification notes, and available original files. It is the best artifact for verifying files later.
The package helps show that the receipt, manifest, file fingerprints, and included files match the approved record. It does not prove someone had legal authority, capacity, or that the underlying facts were true.
Verification does not prove that the person had authority to approve, that they had legal capacity, that the agreement is enforceable, or that every statement in the agreement was true. It checks whether the proof package matches the saved record and file fingerprints.
No. Agreement details, names, emails, and files are not publicly posted. Only proof fingerprints are publicly timestamped for independent verification.

The design goal is yes: if you kept the package and files, the verifier can recalculate fingerprints and compare them to the saved manifest and public proof reference.
The portable proof package is designed so you can keep your own archive. The package contains the human-readable receipt and machine-checkable file fingerprints, so future verification can be done from the package and any public timestamp reference that remains available.
Yes. Recipients can agree, reject, or request changes from the secure approval link. If changes are requested, the original sent record is preserved instead of silently edited.
Do not agree. Contact the sender through a channel you already trust, or use the support link on the approval page. EasyAgree records responses, but it cannot prove that every sender is trustworthy or that every request is appropriate.
Drafts can be edited before sending. After a proof request is sent, important agreement content should not be silently changed. If something needs correction, send a revised proof request so the history stays clear.
Yes. Completed proofs are designed around downloads: a human-readable PDF receipt and a portable proof package ZIP. Keep those files in your own archive for long-term records and later verification.
Yes. Contact support for account, hosted file, or metadata deletion requests. Hosted files already follow the retention period for the sender plan, but some lightweight proof metadata may be retained where needed for security, audit, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
