What EasyAgree Does

EasyAgree helps people create private approval records for practical real-world agreements such as change orders, handoffs, payments, condition reports, and client approvals. A sender creates a proof record, sends a secure approval link to one recipient, and receives a PDF receipt and portable proof package after the recipient responds.

EasyAgree is a proof and recordkeeping tool. It is not a full legal e-signature platform, a law firm, or a replacement for legal advice.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the agreement details, files, names, emails, amounts, and other information you add to EasyAgree. You should only send proof requests when you have the right to share the information and ask the recipient to review it.

If an agreement is high-value, regulated, employment-related, real-estate related, family-law related, or otherwise sensitive, you should consult a qualified lawyer before relying on EasyAgree.

Recipient Responses

Recipients do not need an account to review a private approval link. When a recipient clicks an agreement action, EasyAgree records the response, timestamp, email link context, and related audit details. The recipient should only agree if they have reviewed the record and intend to confirm the response shown.

Receipts, Proof Packages, And Retention

After approval, EasyAgree can generate a human-readable PDF receipt and a portable proof package. Hosted files are available during the retention period for the sender's plan. Downloaded proof packages are the user-owned long-term archive.

EasyAgree may retain lightweight proof metadata, timestamps, file fingerprints, response records, and public timestamp references to support later verification.

No Outcome Guarantee

EasyAgree helps create tamper-evident records, but it does not guarantee legal enforceability, a court outcome, recipient identity, authority to approve, consent, capacity, or the truth of the information entered by users.
