Information We Collect

EasyAgree collects the information needed to create, send, review, approve, and verify proof records. This can include account details, sender details, recipient details, agreement text, amounts, notes, uploaded files, file metadata, response comments, timestamps, and audit events.

Google Sign-In And Accounts

If you sign in with Google, EasyAgree receives basic profile information and your email address so we can create and secure your account. Recipients do not need accounts to review a private approval link.

Recipient Approval Links

A recipient may provide their name, contact details, comments, requested changes, and agreement response. EasyAgree records this information with the proof record so both sides can understand what was reviewed and how the recipient responded.

Private Records And Public Fingerprints

EasyAgree stores private proof records in a secure private database. Agreement details, names, emails, and files are not publicly posted to a blockchain. Only proof fingerprints and timestamp references are used for independent verification.

Files, Retention, And Proof Packages

Hosted files are available during the retention period for your plan. A downloaded portable proof package is intended to be your long-term archive and may include the PDF receipt, manifest, checksums, verification notes, and available original files.

After hosted file retention expires, EasyAgree may remove hosted file copies while keeping lightweight proof metadata, file fingerprints, timestamps, and response records for verification.

Requests And Contact

Questions, export requests, deletion requests, or privacy concerns can be sent to pureinstinct999@gmail.com. Some proof metadata may need to be retained when it is part of a completed verification record.
